We are committed to increasing the quality of life for women of color experiencing disparities in breast, ovarian, cervical, and uterine cancers with sisterly supportive care through advocacy and access to resources by education, to create positive relationships between the patient, healthcare systems and the religious community.

Echoes of Hope, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that exemplifies professionalism by offering services and programs that provide a sense of dignity, hope, and community for cancer patients.

Through education and training, we hope to travel alongside women down the path to true healing because no one should face cancer alone.

Those who are strong should bear one another's burdens (Gal 6:2 NKJV), because worry weighs a person down; an encouraging word cheers a person up (Proverbs 12:25 NLT).

What We Do

Staff and volunteers are trained to care for the spirit, mind, and body by offering friendship during and after the journey of cancer by:

Individual and group spiritual and emotional care
Support during medical consultations
Home visits
Weekly support groups
Assistance with navigating community/healthcare resources
Community education, awareness, and training for church in providing care for cancer patients.
